Paper Submission & Review

Following your accepted abstract, please prepare your full paper following this template format. Please submit your full paper in PDF format via EasyChair by updating your submitted abstract file with your full paper file.

Please note that full papers must include research results in order to be considered for paper review. On-going studies that present preliminary results at this stage, but can guarantee to present the full results by the conference date, will also be considered for paper review. Furthermore, please note that accepted papers will be selected either for oral presentation or poster presentation. When you upload your full paper to EasyChair, you will have the opportunity to indicate your preference, however the final decision will be made by the scientific committee.

Papers will be reviewed on the same criteria as employed for the abstracts plus a number of additional criteria, such as, structure of the paper, research methodology and originality, validity of the results, and scientific contribution. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two experts.

During submission, you have various options regarding inclusion in conference proceedings and consideration for special issues.

Abstract submission is now closed – authors of accepted abstracts are asked to prepare full papers as described above for a second review round. All submitted abstracts have been peer-reviewed based on their scope, scientific quality, originality of the research, and understandability to the RSS audience.
